DES

Description

A very popular mixed type software for Special and General Education for language development, speech, listening and engaging young children into learning. It is for young children who struggle with communication and aims in helping them to express themselves.

Des combines videos, animations and pictures for the kids to watch and it can be access with a mouse, touch screen or switch. 

Teachers can add or edit the content, create new activities and change the user interface according to each student’s needs.

DES includes three activities:

·    videos

·    animations

·    images

Students watch a video/animation/image and listen to a word/sentence. The student has to repeat the word/sentence and discuss about what he sees with the teacher.
