String along board

Description

A creative and fun tool for developing fine motor and hand-eye co-ordination skills. Students will have hours of creative fun. They can create images using laces through a different and fun way.

Kids can create their own designs on the board or follow the kit's colourful pattern cards to make patterns and pictures while simultaneously developing hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, counting and patterning skills.

Pick a string, thread the pen, then 'punch and pull' a colourful design.

Instructions for use

1.       Select the design you want from the pattern cards or decide on your own design.

2.       Pick a string and thread the top of the pen. Pull the thread from the bottom of the pen.

3.       Place the design board on a flat surface.

4.       Place the pen in a hole in the board so the string will secure in the foam and then take the pen out.

5.       Repeat to make a design.

6.       Once you finish you can thread the extra string at the back of the board.
