Big Keys LX Keyboard

Description

Big Keys LX is a large alternative keyboard, which includes less and larger keys than a regular keyboard. A normal keyboard usually confuses young and special needs children because they see a lot of characters in each key. This keyboard has only one character in each key and because of its large key size and font, children can easier locate the letter they are looking for.

Big keys LX keyboard has a switch which allows to change they keys layout. It supports alphabetical layout (ABC and normal keyboard layout (QWERTY).

Note: This keyboard is available in English (white keys color) and in Greek. For the Greek version you can choose one or two keys color (white, green, orange, yellow) and also add our SE. S Font for accented vowels. This font inserts accented vowels with only one keystroke instead of two. Two color-keys make it easier for children to learn typing using both hands.

Instructions for use

Installing the keyboard

1.       Connect the keyboard to a USB port on your computer.

2.       The keyboard’s driver will install automatically and you’ll get a message that your device is ready.

Changing the keyboard’s layout

1.       Take a piece of thread/dental floss and make a loop.

2.       Slide it under each key’s middle and pull straight up.

3.       Place each key to the appropriate position and press them down.

4.       Move the layout switch to the correct position using the tip of a pen.
