An alternative mouse aiming to be used by people with motor control difficulties. It connects to the computer through a USB port and it is very large, which makes it easier to use. It is also heavy with rubber base, to prevent accidental movement. In addition to the big buttons, it also has a very big ball to make it easier to use and more precise. It has three large mouse buttons for left click, right click and drag lock* which are located next to the ball and large empty area under the buttons to use as a hand rest.
* Drag lock function is the function we perform with a regular mouse when dragging the mouse while holding the left mouse button (to select multiple files).
To install the device
1. Connect the device to your computer through a USB port.
2. Wait for the device’s drivers to automatically install. You’ll get a message that your device is ready to use.
To operate the device
1. For right click press the right button.
2. For left click press the left button.
3. For drag lock press the middle button and just move the ball to select files. Press the middle button again to deactivate drag lock. The files will remain selected.
