Flexi Scope

Description

The Flexi-Scope is a simple to use microscope which connects easily to any USB port. It captures high quality images at magnifications of up to 200x. The microscope has a flexible gooseneck and can be easily positioned to view even difficult objects. The bright, adjustable, LED lighting can be used to illuminate the subject when working in subdued lighting.

It also includes a measuring software for adding measures to your pictures and built-in microphone to add narration to your videos.

Instructions for use

Installing hardware driver and application

1.       Insert the Installation CD into your optical drive and the Flexi-Scope Installer should launch automatically.

2.       When the Flexi-Scope InstallShield Wizard appears, Click Next.

3.       Wait for installation to be completed and then click “Finish” to close the InstallShield Wizard.

4.       Restart your computer.

Using your Flexi-Scope

1.       Connect your Flexi-Scope to a USB port on your computer.

2.       Launch the Flexi-Scope software.

3.       Press the Flexi-Scope’s light button to turn on the LED if necessary.

4.       Place an object in front of the Flexi-Scope and bend the gooseneck to place the Flexi-Scope in the desired angle. Your object will show on the computer.

5.       Rotate the wheel on the Flexi-Scope to focus.

6.       Press the snapshot button on the Flexi-Scope or click the camera icon in the software to take a picture.

7.       Click the video icon in the software to start recording.

8.       Launch the Flexi-Measure software to add measures on your image.
